Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect this data solely to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis under GDPR is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) — it is in both your and our interest to be able to follow up on a submitted enquiry. Where you submit sensitive project information, we treat this as confidential.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing client relationship requires otherwise.
